1. What is Medhasoft?
MedhaSoft is software developed by the Education Board of Bihar Government, for good changes in the field of education. MedhaSoft is used by the school administration. Using Medhasoft the bank details, phone numbers and personal records of all the students studying in the institute are uploaded, and it is also an e-library in which the complete information of the students is stored at one place. The good thing is that their data is with the Bihar government. So that if any scheme comes from Bihar government, then if needed, this scheme can reach the deprived class or the needy.
If you are a school administrator, you need to login to Medha Soft. Then you have to register in Medhasoft, after that you will get OTP and verify it. As soon as you receive the OTP, you can log in and do further work easily.
2. How to get OTP in Medhasoft?
- 1: First of all you have to go to the official website of Medha Soft, medhasoft.bih.nic.in.
- 2: After this, as soon as you go inside the home page, you will be asked to select the district, select it.
- 3: Keep in mind that after this you have to go to the home page but do not consider it as a normal home page, the home page is according to the district; the home page of the district you have entered will open.
- 4: Now you have to click on the menu and there you will see school login, click on it.
- 5: As soon as you click on the menu, you will be asked about district code, mobile number, OTP and captcha.
- 6: You have to fill the Dis Code of your school, and then you have to fill the phone number of the school administrator, and also fill some information about the school.
- 7: As soon as you fill it, they ask for OTP and fill it back after checking the school administrator's phone number.
- 8: After this comes the turn to submit the form, before that you have to write the Captcha Code.
- 9: As soon as you save and submit all the process, your school gets registered in Medhasoft.
- 10: After registration, you can easily login to school Medha Soft without any hassle.
3. How to enter new student in Medhasoft?
If you want to register a new student in Medha Soft, you have to follow the given steps, it is very easy to add about any student, so let us know-
- 1: First of all you have to login to Medhasoft by entering your school ID and OTP.
- 2: After this you will see the dashboard, click on it. In this you will see the details of the students; as soon as you click on it you will see the option of New Student Entry.
- 3: As soon as you click on it, you have to click on the search button.
- 4: After doing this you have to fill all the information of the students, fill the correct information carefully and correctly.
- 5: After filling all the information, you have to click on the Record save button, then a pop up page opens.
- 6: As soon as you click on OK in the pop up page, the option of done comes, you click on it, and then entry of new students takes place in Medhasoft.
- 7: In this way, you can add information of any student in Medhasoft and you can also make corrections of old students through this.
4. What to do if student's details are incorrect?
You do not need to worry if the student details are incorrect, as soon as you log in to Medha Soft, you will see a dashboard containing the modified student details, you have to click on it.
As soon as you click on it, the search option will appear. You can search the name of any student whose details you want to correct. After searching, you can click on submit button to modify the details. As soon as you make the correction, the save option will appear, click on it, the correct information will be uploaded in Medha Soft.
5. How to download Medhasoft App?
If you register in Medha Soft, then you will have to fill the information of students again and again, in such a situation there will be some problem in filling it from the web, hence the Education Board of Bihar Government has applied for MedhaSoft. Which can be download easily.
- 1: For this, if you are an Android user then go to Play Store, if you are an iOS user then go to Apple Store and if you are a WO user then go to App Store and search Medhasoft.
- 2: After searching you will see install option, it starts downloading and installs automatically.
- 3: After installation, the option of Open comes, by clicking on it you can log in by entering the user ID and password of your school administrator or you can also log in through OTP.
- 4: In this way, if you install Medhasoft application then you can easily do the whole process without any problem.
